Parkhomes are three-storey homes with 4–5 bedrooms and built-ups of 3,150–3,980 sq. ft. The Condovilla Type A and Type B layouts shown here have 3–4 bedrooms and built-ups of 1,660–2,053 sq. ft. Compare the bedroom arrangement, stairs and usable space against your household's needs.
The starting prices shown on this page are RM1.3 million for Condovillas and RM2.5 million for Parkhomes, subject to terms, unit availability and developer confirmation. Request a current quotation for the exact home, floor and orientation you are considering.
Zenia is developed by ParkCity Damansara Sdn Bhd, part of ParkCity Group. It is in the separate ParkCity Damansara township in Petaling Jaya, not within Desa ParkCity in Kuala Lumpur.
Zenia is leasehold. The Parkhome Phase 1B brochure states a 99-year lease ending in September 2124. Check the title and remaining tenure for your selected home before purchasing.
The Parkhome Phase 1B brochure lists March 2029 as the estimated completion date. This is not a confirmed handover date for every Zenia home. Confirm the selected phase's current timeline and contractual completion date; Condovilla timing should be checked separately.
